INDEMNITY CLAUSE

By registering for any event hosted by Stage Zero, you acknowledge and accept that while Stage Zero manages and facilitates the event on the day, it does so under the insurance, safety protocols, and operational guidelines of the hosting venue.

Stage Zero is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense - whether to yourself, your vehicle, or any personal property - that may occur before, during, or after participation in the event.

Participants are fully liable for any damage caused to the venue, its facilities, or equipment as a result of their actions, negligence, or failure to follow event rules and instructions.

You agree to take part at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the terms, conditions, and indemnity waivers provided by the relevant venue or event organiser. By proceeding, you accept full responsibility for your participation and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stage Zero from any claims related to your involvement.
